Alternative Careers: Switching Gears
With shrinking funding and growing population of Ph.D.s, for the great majority of Ph.D.s, launching a faculty position is becoming more and more unrealistic. When research not for you, it is not the end. It is a new beginning for us. We need to open our eyes, and then our arms to all other options in this world.
